PLUG has Edubuntu and EduMorphix available.
I had tried Edubuntu, nice distribution. It has some advanced features like 
LTSP already configured, though I didn't check them out. btw, Edubuntu is not 
a live CD.

Contact me offlist if you need the cd immediately.
