[PLUG] Message has suspicious header

I have been observing that a lot of my replies to the posts on this
list are getting held up / rejected because my message has suspicious
headers. This happens not only when I send mails from my gmail
account, but also when I send mails from my kaustubh at adotout.net
address. Could the list admins please elaborate on what exactly a
suspicious header is and how we can avoid our messages getting blocked
due to these errors?
