[PLUG] How to update mozilla in ubuntu

Without additional information about ubuntu and firefox version - The above
"may not" be sufficient.
At times,  user may need to add mozilla-ppa to get the "absolute" latest.

Google Query like "firefox X on Ubuntu Y" helps a lot.
